About Me

I am a qualified Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach (MSc, MHFA). I am here for adults between the ages of 18 and 40 to help you manage your time, enjoy more meaningful relationships, and live with less anxiety (and more joyfully!).

I help clients get un-stuck, feel clearer about their thoughts, desires, and plans, and adopt an authentic daily routine that works long-term.

Some of my favourite approaches are: time-management coaching, character strengths coaching, gratitude work, inspiration coaching, emotion recognition and regulation coaching, and - a personal favourite - minimalism and decluttering coaching. However, I tailor my approach to best suit the needs of every client.

I will always tell you if I don't feel that I am the best person to help you, which is why I offer a free consultation. 

​

1:1 coaching sessions with me are priced at £50 per session. However, there is a discount available for clients who prefer a higher frequency of sessions (e.g., weekly or twice a week).
